Catalyst is the voice, representation and support for Stockton-on-Tees voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector. We ensure that there is a strong and thriving voluntary sector in the Borough of Stockton and to deliver high quality services to people, organisations and communities. Our purpose is to be a best practice infrastructure organisation in a strong, healthy voluntary, community and social enterprise sector in Stockton-on-Tees. We have a vision of a coherent and single sector, working together in partnership with public bodies and private businesses as well as VCSE organisations to deliver services to the community in the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees.
